- Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulation 2008 (consider: fake blogs and fake IDs by journalists);
- Advertising Standards Authority;
- Intellectual property – including copyright and trade marks
- Disclosure / Confidentiality;
- Defamation; and
- Invasion of Privacy.
